I had an outstanding stay at Hilton Garden Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—they made me feel welcomed right away and were always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made my stay feel relaxing and stress-free. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was clean, modern, and inviting. The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just felt for my family personally we only spent several Hours using those amenities and it could have been more cost effective for travelers. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to Others

Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again.

My floor had damage and dehumidifiers ran constantly. Our room carpet was damp and each time we entered room it smelled musty. The carpet was filthy and turned our bare feet black! I sure hope it was not mold.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options and food was fresh. Only a partial view of the beach, mostly the construction next door. Entrance to the hotel can be easily missed and exit westbound typically requires first going eastbound then finding a means of turning around.
