"The location is perfect—close to the Inner Harbour, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also really appreciated the great value for the price. The only thing I’d hope for in the future is air conditioning, especially during warmer days—it would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Victoria."

"After we paid at the front desk, they told us that the elevator was broken. We refused to walk up to the third floor with our luggages since we're old. Then they offered a suite on the 4th floor with extra charge for it. I don't understand what they were thinking. Anyways we got a room on the first floor. But at least they could tell us before we paid then we could go to other hotel with an elevator. A little bit disappointed."

"The Rialto is very centrally located, a short walk to Centennial Square, Chinatown, Government Street, Market Square and the Inner Harbour. Despite it's downtown location it was very quiet. Our suite was beautifully furnished and well laid out. The staff were welcoming, efficient and prompt to reply to all our concerns. The ground level bars and restaurant were attractive and well patronized. Parking was adjacent and easy."
