My first day/night was not good. I was in a room that faced the traffic. Even with the shutters closed, it did nothing to alleviate the noise. The traffic didn't stop until midnight.
The next morning I asked if I could be moved. Thankfully a room facing the quiet courtyard was found.
Breakfast was very good, with many choices in a charming historic room.

The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, walkable to everything. Staff was warm and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on check-in and our room could not have been better - spacious, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

"Nothing. Bed was like sleeping on a block of cement. No way to boil water for tea. AC is controlled by front desk I froze, tried to call front desk but internal phone did not work so no room service. No transport to airport only cab. Hotel is isolated. Never Again. Staff were pleasant"
