1. Unclear that the listing was for a separate location, not the hotel location. 2. Communication was not timely and stock messages were sent out asking for information that was already shared. 3. We were asked to let them know when we were 10 minutes away so they would have a person from their company let us in. We did so . Their guy didn't show up for nearly an hour, so we just waited in a lobby, after a security guy took pity on us seeing us waiting outside. 4. No info on wifi password so had to reach out to them and waited a good 15 mins on the reply. 5. It is small for a family of 4. Ideal for 2 friends, maybe. On the positive side, the place was clean, modern, and had air conditioning. Also, the same guy who was an hour late the evening before was punctual for our very early ride to the airport the following morning. He bought a fresh juice and a yogurt for the bagged breakfast, which was appreciated. Overall, if timeliness and smoothness of Communication is not a concern, then you should be fine. It is close to the airport.

This room is not located in Zona 13. It's located in a questionable part of town. The address listed on the confirmation is incorrect. I'm thankful I didn't get out of the taxi because there is nothing there. I was told that if I had any visitors, they had to meet at the lobby, as they were not permitted to go up to the room. I never actually saw a lobby. When you check in, the attendant takes pictures of the room. When you check out, the attendant comes into the room and takes photos of it. I had to take my breakfast to go, and it consisted of one orange juice, one yogurt, and one apple. I didn't enjoy the experience. The only reason I'm actually giving it two stars is that it was very clean, and the shuttle was punctual.

This is dangerous!!!! Please don’t book this place, they will send you from the hotel to a random building far from the airport in a weird area, no hotels around, almost industrial. I was so scared, they didn’t let me in and the hotel sent a guy on a motorcycle to bring a paper with my information from the hotel to the guard at the building to let me in. They asked for everyone’s passports including the kids and baby. It was so bizarre!!! The address of the building won’t be in your reservation so if something happens to you, no one will know where to find you! That’s my experience! 10:40pm I had to go find another hotel because I was not gonna get in that place. I felt unsafe. Still waiting for a refund.

We were scammed. After communication with the hotel to be picked up at the Airport, we were driven do an apartment building, not the hotel. Taken up to a room on the 6th floor kitted up to look like to pictures of the room. After we got there we got a fraud alert for a $7000USD charge to the Fifa store. Feeling really in danger (super bad neighborhood and no one knowing where we were) we took off, grabbed an Uber back to the airport and slept on a bench for 7 hours. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh.

Wrong address caused confusion checked in at one location, shuttled to the correct hotel. At checkout, staff refused responsibility for keys, even though I wasn’t informed I needed to return them to the other location. I had to rush to catch my flight. Extremely frustrating will never return.
