About the Outdoor pool, the area is absolutely beautiful. The sauna experience is incredibly relaxing, and having convenient shower facilities available right there, without having to go back up to the rooms, is simply wonderful. Enjoy it!

Best hotel we stayed during our Guatemala trip. True 5 star facilities with excellent options for food. We Ubered the day we were Guatemala City. Reaching airport was a breeze from here. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here away. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring back the shuttle service.
