Hemos disfrutado de unos dias muy agradables. El apartamento ordenado y limpio, como estar en casa.El piso está en el centro,se puede ir andando a la playa a comprar,pasear, todo queda cerca., El único inconveniente que le veo al ser tan céntrico son los ruidos de la calle, se oyen mucho,sobretodo los coches y los autobuses. Por lo demás todo bien.

#### A short-term break in Guardamar del Segura
We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There were also plenty of towels provided although we had brought our own. The kitchen had everything a person would need for their stay and there were plenty of utensils - pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and was very easy for us to maintain. Also, Javier was very easy to reach, if needed, by e-mail or messages, and he was always very helpful. He even posted keys out to us to our home in Ireland so that we could let ourselves in when we arrived. We would recommend Javier and his apartment to anyone, and would like to be able to return in the future. Evelyn and Bernard Brennan

property was clean and we did a good cleaning also when we left wash all the sheets & folded put on bed., etc towels, floors, bathroom kitchen , dusted one room we did not use. we left apt. , as clean as when we came in. if we had any issues at apartment we contact Javier directly by phone or email and he gracefully help to solve it. All in all it was fine except last 3 weeks with the virus we stayed mostly in. Marie Juby

Piso muy bien situado con todos los servicios cercanos a 5minutos andando a la playa, zona tranquila, y la propiedad acepta mascotas, el piso te lo entregan muy limpio, con servicios de internet y vecindario muy amable, volveria a repetir la estancia sin duda en otra ocasión.
