- Housing on the ground floor of 65 m2, with private tiled patio with awning and furniture (large table and chairs-hammocks) by which it is accessed. Fully equipped (air conditioning, hob, washing machine, iron, utensils, bed linen, towels, etc.).
It has two rooms: one double and one double with a trundle bed. Living room with double sofa bed. Full bathroom (shower with screen).
Large independent kitchen, with 2 pantries and dining table. Patio terrace with furniture and awning. Located in a family urbanization, very quiet with a large pool and another one for children, both community, tennis court inside the urbanization, soccer field, petanque court and playground at the door. Close outdoor paddle installation. Near the beach Moncayo, of fine sand, with blue flag, not crowded. Access by wooden walk and protected natural area.
Easy parking, in front of the door of the house.
