Unfortunately it’s not in a good area, the noise is unbearable and the rooms are completely outdated. The staff was nice and everything seemed clean. Keep in mind no air conditioning either
The only good thig is becouse is in the center of Guadalajara, but at night is a lot prostitución outsite the street and i feel unsafe to walk around the street. I just shower and check out.
The evening attendant was less than helpful, sure made sure to charge but did not even give me towels. Yes they have to give them to you as they don't put them in the rooms. The tv remote was broken. The water pressure in the shower went in & out. There was no shower curtain. It's basically a shower head, mirror, broken sink & toilet. The water had a sewer smell to it to top it off. A ripped chair on it's last legs was provided. Cockroaches inhabitted the room as well. Got bitten alive by bed bugs too! It's in a sketchy part near the downrown area. Be careful & aware as there's prostitutes around the corner & on the next block from there. It was actually worst than a Motel but I survived as I was only there 2 days. Spend a little more to get a decent place. I learned my lesson as the pictures/description are very deceiving. The only upside is that it is within walking distance from their downtown.
