"We enjoyed staying at Ocean Inn and suites. The location was very convenient to town, park, pier. They have started renovating but had stopped for the summer. Our room was on the lobby floor and just above the pool. It was clean and smelled fresh. The room is large, bed is very comfortable. Even though they were full it was very quiet and peaceful. "

Other than getting a rental home, this hotel is the best location you can get with proximity to the beach, as well as proximity to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The staff is always friendly, they do their best to accommodate any request, and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby are certainly a nice touch. For the price, this is by far the best option when staying in Amelia. We have stayed their 3 years in a row, and are always happy with our stay. "
