"The hotel was fine. We were upgraded on arrival which was nice. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. It was exactly the same offer over all 3 days. The staff were really lovely and friendly. Our second night was very noisy but reception sorted this promptly. The air-conditioning was set so couldn't make it cooler in the room and the bed although comfortable sloped towards the pillows. The walk into the city was pleasant and check in and check out was easy."

"Brilliant staff very helpful. Hotel was spotless its to be commended. Big bed and very comfortable. I do drink a lot of coffee and the canned water being free was a bonus. 1 can 1 cup ratio.belfast coffee bags were lovely. Breakfast was very nice,buffet style but the waiting team were always on hand to help. 3 cup pot of coffee each when we sat down plus it was good coffee. We stayed 1 night and we will be back as we didnt get to explore all of the wonders that this beautifully decorated and Titanic themed hotel has to offer. We, my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plus i got to keep my bedroom slippers lol"

Perfect location between the Grand Central Station and Donegall Square/City Centre where all the tour buses pick up.
