Die Wohnung war schön und modern eingerichtet. Gestört hat uns, dass es sich um eine Mikrowelle und nicht um einen Backofen gehandelt hat. Ansonsten war die Küche sehr schön. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und man hat in der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der dreckige Balkon. Der gesamte Fussboden und das Geländer waren dreckig. Der Sonnenschirm war zu klein, so dass man ihn ständig versetzen musste. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Teams von der Firma Ahrens.

Ideal für zwei Personen. Alles vorhanden. Kurze Wege zum Strand, der Promenade und in die Einkaufsstraße (quasi ums Eck). Der überdachte PKW Stellplatz ist ebenfalls eine feine Sache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben: modern ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung genau richtig, sonst wird es doch im Bad sehr eng. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und dass das Schlafzimmer keine Türen hat. Da wir viel Sonne hatten, wurde es aufgrund der fehlenden Außenbeschattung recht warm in der Wohnung. Aber das war uns alles bekannt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Grömitz, wie jedes Mal. Und wie immer war die Abwicklung über Ahrens sehr professionell und völlig problemlos.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der 3. Etage. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Sommer könnte es sehr warm werden, da keine Außenjalousien vorhanden sind. Komplett verdunkeln ist nicht möglich. Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Also nicht unbedingt geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Kinderwagen etc.

Tolle Wohnung im 3. OG, ausgestattet für 4 Personen, super Aussicht. Wermuthstropfen ist, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Der Eingang ist hier mit dem Hotelgebäude verbunden. Hier ist man auf das Wohlwollen des Hotels angewiesen. Uns wurde nach höflicher Anfrage an der Hotelrezeption gesagt, es täte ihnen leid, aber der Fahrstuhl darf nur durch Hotelgäste genutzt werden.
