Only one point, some of the rooms overlook a road which is surprisingly busy even in the middle of the night - not great if you are a light sleeper."

"A really lovely stay at the Derby Arms. The room was fantastic – modern, comfortable and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could want. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. I didn’t get the chance to eat there, unfortunately, but the menu looked excellent and definitely made me wish I’d had more time. A great combination of a traditional country pub and a comfortable, modern place to stay. I’d happily stay again – and next time I’ll make sure I try...
