A pleasant stay at Hotel Mozart, it did what it says on the tin. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired (stains on the wall and linen and crumbs left on the floor from previous occupants. The location is good and is a nice area. Breakfast was good for its price point.

"While the views of Lake Lugano are on point, the place is outdated and in dire need of renovation. We stayed in a Grand Suite, but cooling was a major issue, there were only two AC units for four bedrooms and a living room, which is unacceptable. We ended up dragging a mattress into the living room ..."
