The staff are very friendly and always look after me as I have stayed in this hotel for many years on average 5 nights twice a year for business . Will return in January"

"The property is just off a tram stop and round the corner from the train station making getting about very easy. The old town is very pretty and easily walked to from the hotel. Value for money was excellent."

"They only thing was bothering me was no slippers in the room otherwise love the hotel morning breakfast was excellent room service was great fast service location was great bottom lines we enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay for next trip and one more thing that Baba the chef very interesting character for the morning breakfast he make your day more interesting and pleasant he make us laugh early morning and we love him❤️"

"Gorgeous hotel. Weird area to get to by car but nice view of the river and great restaurants near by. Also nice restaurant and bar on site. Very expensive tho. The steam room and sauna and spa was fabulous. Very clean. Altho be prepared people go nude! All in all I liked this hotel a lot. It was a bit far from the convention I was there for but that was my fault."

"Excellent location in a lovely safe neighbourhood, with cute eateries mostly patronized by locals . Close to main attractions ( KonigsAllee, MedienHafen, Rhein Promenade , Loretto street reachable on foot in 15 =20 minutes. Very convenient to walk to the Main Train Station , Flixbus station and the stop of local subeway 11 which shuttles to the airport . Clean well equipped room with kitchenette - good for basic self catering. A couple of supermarkets and a shopping mall within a reasonable walking distance. We spent 10 days and it really felt like home"
