This charming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, perfect for a variety of guests. We are not modern and sleek. We are warm and cozy. We wanted a place convenient to downtown for a weekend visit with family and old friends and Renny's neat, tidy house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. Renny was very helpful in making our stay smooth and easy.

Cute and convenient house

We visited family in Greenville and this house was great for six young adults and our small dog. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located to our favorite places in the area. The road the house is located on can be busy, and it was difficult at times to get in and out of the driveway (we had 2 cars). The lockbox was also quite odd. Lastly, the bedroom with the twin bed is in a section that appears to be added on to the home, and not connected to central AC. The room was very very cold overnight (temps were in the 30s). We found a space heater that helped, but it was surprising that one of the bedrooms didn’t seem to have heat.
