This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. Less than 25 minutes to GSP. There is an elementary school, sawmill and train track within sight of the home. The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.
