"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

Next time we would take a room on a higher floor as we sometimes heard people walking on the sidewalk. All the staff we encountered were super helpful. The location is close to Kensington Gardens and the nearest tube station is Bayswater- a 5 minute walk from the apartment."
