When we arrived I was a bit uneasy due to a previous review with being double booked but no issues there. We stepped into the room around 7 pm; it was clean and surprisingly spacious. However, our enthusiasm waned as we noticed stray hairs in the bathtub and scattered across the bed and floor. The sofa bed, our intended sleeping spot, was disappointingly unkempt. It was evident that it had not been properly cleaned – a cautionary note: avoid using it in its fully extended state. Interactions with the front desk staff were efficient but lacked warmth; it felt transactional, like waiting in line at a store with a "who's next" attitude. On a brighter note, breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a satisfying start to the day. The pool, though small, provided a pleasant respite for a quick cooldown.

The property was beautifully decorated And the host was very accommodating and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I would’ve have rated this property 5 stars but the hot tub was not working and the pool water was cloudy. I was very disappointed since the main reason I chose this accommodation was for the hot tub and pool. Zachery was very responsive.

Very clean and pleasant

This was the most amazing place! Such a beautiful hidden gem.. the view from our ocean front room was unlike any view I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and it was the perfect spot for a nice little get away. We most definitely will be back!

The pull out bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress on the pull out had stains underneath it. They also could leave extra blanket in the room for the pull out couch bed. The check in staff was nice. The staff for breakfast was very rude to everyone. Also, it would have been nice to have flavored coffee creamer. The coffee was extremely cold and I came down for breakfast at 7:00am. It would have been great if the Hyatt house had more of a selection of medication to buy. I stayed at the Hyatt House last year and it seemed to be cleaner and nice than the Hyatt Place. We only stayed one night and the price we paid for one night was a little high in my opinion. I did like that the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. At least I could get ready while someone else took a shower there was only one outlet by the sink and my plug kept coming out of the outlet. It wouldn’t hold it so I could straighten my hair. I also went to the bathroom by the swimming pool and there was NO toilet paper. The water there was so yellow too. I gave my son a bath and the water was extremely yellow. Yuck. I guess for one night it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
