The ocean-front views were gorgeous. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest is they consider those of us that are allergic to fragrance (the lobby was fragrant) and have other sensitivities to products. I bypassed a massage because the spa uses coconut oil and argan oil. I would have needed something very bland like rice bran oil. I would also suggest signage maybe in the elevator or lobby reminding guests about closing the shades at night for the sea turtle nests.

The room is lovely and the staff are very helpful. It would be wonderful if there were more essentials available for purchase in the hotel. Also,

The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. Hopefully they get more staff as it has a lot of potential for a boutique hotel.
