"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else"

"This is an absolutely wonderful property. All essentials present and well stocked, great neighborhood and very quiet. Communication was outstanding on all fronts after having to reschedule due to the east coast snow earlier in the winter. Property was extremely clean. The hot tub was awesome, very clean, and with the privacy shrubbery, very usable. A Publix within 5 minutes, great local restaurants close by, etc….I will absolutely stay at this property again while in S Florida. You won’t go wrong with this property. "

"We LOVED our stay at this Palm Beach gem! Highlights were the private backyard area with lovely saltwater pool and charming outdoor dining. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, all appliances were easy to use. Very well located and close to everything (we had a rental car). The home was everything as advertised (even better than pictured). Seamless and accommodating communication with the property ownership. Will definitely book again!! Thank you!! "
