"The room was clean. The swim up bar was great I just wish it stayed open a little longer and children weren’t allowed in it. Someone said this is a rule and if so should be enforced. My only complaint is that we had the buffet breakfast one morning and I feel that they should do better on explaining how the set up works because everything wasn’t included and it was a confusing setup in the restaurant. Perhaps greeting people when they enter would be helpful. This would also be my only staff interaction that I wasn’t happy about. Shout out to Carmen the bartender at the outside bar. She was great every interaction."

"The hotel was beautiful, and everything was perfect. The food, cleanliness, and the overall design of the property were absolutely outstanding. The food was the best part in every way. The only downside was the service at the buffets and the process of making reservations for the restaurants that require them, which was sometimes very difficult. The biggest issue is that everything is spread out, and the golf cart transportation is very limited. Most of the time, you have to walk because there are either no carts available or they are always full. Walking long distances during the day under the hot sun is very uncomfortable."

"I recently stayed at La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort and honestly it exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles quick service and an atmosphere that instantly put me into vacation mode. Check-in was smooth, the lobby was beautiful, and the ocean views immediately reminded me why Puerto Rico is such a special destination. My room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with an incredible balcony view that made every morning feel unforgettable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything felt clean and well maintained. Falling asleep while hearing the waves crash outside was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The location simply cannot be beaten. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, beaches, and nightlife made everything convenient without ever feeling rushed. Whether I wanted great food, live music, or a peaceful walk along the beach, everything was right there. I loved being able to experience the energy of Condado while still enjoying a luxurious resort atmosphere. The pools were absolutely amazing, offering different vibes throughout the day. Whether relaxing with a drink, swimming under the sun, or enjoying the music, every area felt vibrant and fun. The beach access was another huge highlight. "Everything was perfect. Food, staff, view, and shows. They only thing we can say was not excellent was we wished the room was cooler. Temp said 68 it won't let you go down further, but it felt more like 74. Our fault we probably should have brought that to their attention."

"More Security in the Disco Room there was somebody smoking inside I told the security and he did nothing. The Phone did not work. And theirs a form to fill out for laundry use and I did not have it and I asked for it in front desk and never received it. Something simple other than that it was great."
