"The staff was incredible! Especially Mike Tyson (Samuel)! They were really great at getting people hype and involved in the fun! The activities and shows were well thought out and organized! The pool was both relaxing and fun at times. Our beach front was definitely the most well taken care of for seaweed season. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get a reservation for the nice restaurant on our anniversary, even went to the service desk to talk through it and they only offered a 930 reservation at the Japanese restaurant with several others at the table with us. Not very romantic for a 10 year wedding anniversary. Our friends that had the “privilege” bracelet on, ended up contacting their concierge and they made us a reservation in which they placed flowers and napkin swans on our table and dinner was amazing. In all a wonderful experience! "

"My family loved the resort. We did not want to leave. The staff was so friendly and amazing. The food options were great, even the buffets. The beach was a few steps away from our room. The swim up bars in the lazy River and pool were great. The bartenders were not holding back and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Overall a 10 out of 10! We can’t wait to come back to Jamaica and stay at Ocean Coral again! "

"Was there for 10 days from the beginning of June 2025. The hotel is super, the territory is well-kept, green. The rooms are good, cozy, beautiful. The main pool is fun. The restaurants are beautiful, the best is Wasabi. The beach is gorgeous, wide, but the seaweed spoiled it, sometimes they cleaned it thoroughly, sometimes they did not clean it at all. The staff is responsive. The service in the rooms is not very good, often had to go to the reception to fix the problems. The bartenders are 50/50 from great to absolutely ridiculous. Overall a very good hotel, solid Peterka, I recommend."
