IMPORTANT to Know:
The apartment does not offer a power generator in case of a power outage. We do provide flashlights.

Also in case water interruption Costa Brava complex is not equipped with water tanks.

We let the pool/gym keys in the key lock
for the guest to use.If these keys are lost the guest must pay a $150 fee.

Also if you need to buy tickets for the ferry and can’t do it online, let us know, we can buy them for you. TWO SETS OF STAIRS ARE TAKEN TO ARRIVE IN THE CONDO

Great base for relaxing and exploring

Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.

The apartment had a beautiful view, the town was close to everything, I chose to stay there because of the ferry , which was like 15 minutes away , the price was very reasonable and we felt very safe there. The pool was spectacular.

Nice place for a relaxing time with family

Nice appartment in a gated community. The pool is great, security staff is nice, there's also a basketball court and tennis court. The apartment is clean is very comfortable. The town is a bit isolated, but that's ok if you're seeking some relaxation and quiet.

Beautiful Condo With View

We had the best experience at this condo. The check-in process was easy. The host was easy to be in touch with. The view from the condo is exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean. it is a gated community and I felt very safe.

Great place near Ceiba Ferry

The apartment was very clean, the location is excellent if planning trips to Vieques and Culebra. It was a 10 minute drive to the ferry, we also traveled to El Yunque Rainforest took us about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Winnie was very responsive, friendly, and professional.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay here, in fact we loved it so much we plan on staying here next year as well. The condo was clean, organized, bathroom and beach towels were a plus! We absolutely love the heated pool. The host, Winnie was amazing. She provided check in details with pictures to help us find the place. I loved the detail. She was also very quick to respond when I reached out to her with questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Apartment was very clean. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. My friends really enjoyed the rooftop patio. I took away a star because there was no hot water for our two days and although we weren’t interested in watching tv, it wasn’t working anyway.

We stayed here because we thought it was close to ferry for next morning. Great apartment but we didn’t have food with us and was hard getting transportation to a restaurant. Winnie helped us locate one close by. Got a ride there but had trouble getting a taxi so walked back. No fault of owner. We didn’t do our homework

Fantastic base for ferry!

We had a wonderful stay and Winnie's place. Check in instructions were well communicated and included pictures. The place is very clean and comfortable. ACs in the main living area and bedrooms worked well. It was the perfect place for us to spread out and relax before and after our day trip to Culebra. Winnie was so helpful in securing our ferry tickets when I was unable to get them online. My only regret was not getting to have an adult beverage on the rooftop deck at sunset. It has the most amazing views! Tip: check out Fres K Paleta for the best paletas we've ever had! My kids chose tres leches and I chose a holiday flavor, turrón ❤️. Super easy to yes to this dessert treat! They also have healthy fruit and vegetable elixirs made in-house.

Central location to El Yunque, Culebra, and Vieques

Perfect size space for a small family or just a couple (this trip was just my wife and I). The host was always available and gave great recommendations. This is a location if you are wanting to explore the east side of the island. It is close to the Ferry and the small Airport if you want to explore Culebra or Vieques. I would say that Flamenco Beach and just driving around in a golf cart was the highlight of our trip. There is not a lot to do in Ceiba so this condo is more of a rest spot so you can continue to explore. The roads can be dicey so you just need to take it slow and avoid the big holes and dips. It is February so the pool was a bit too chilly for us, but it is a good size. The top balcony is a great spot as you can see the forest and the ocean. The host was lovely and answered everything in a timely manner. The condo had great AC and also a nice washer and dryer. Fajardo has great food and San Juan is only about an hour away. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is looking to explore the east side.
