"Plenty of free secure parking, nice grounds, outside of buildings and garden areas very tidy and clean. Easy check in, cheerful and helpful staff, especially in restaurant and bar area. Room was tidy, clean and very comfortable with a good view of a horse stables and training yard. Lovely to see the horses with their heads popping out of the stables, and the stable staff taking them for exercise. Hotel is nice and close to Newmarket town, easy 10 minute walk, and you get the chance to see the horses and jockeys training as you walk along the path towards the town. Added bonus is an hourly bus to the lovely city of Ely, takes 30 > 40 minutes ride. Allows you to go out without having to drive. Would love to visit hotel again."

"Staff were slow to help and wasn’t great at communication to help us with our queries. Only one pillow each given, bathroom didn’t seem too clean, was really hot even with a fan in the room. The shuttle bus was expensive. I would say I’d only recommend it you’re gonna be arrive late to the hotel and leaving early in morning for flight but then again the transport to the airport is expensive. I’d say if premier Inn isn’t too much more then stay there instead"
