"Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast had a good selection. The gym was also very good, although often crowded. The main downside was the service. Housekeeping was only provided every two days, and the room could use a few more basic amenities. We requested a kettle but never received one. We also had to follow up several times with the front desk after being told someone would come to our room but no one showed up. The staff could also have been more helpful and welcoming. Overall, a good hotel with a great location, but the service could be improved."

"I never stayed in this Loews Phil before but i stayed in others in Florida and those are very nice this hotel followed suit. We were only there for 1afternoon and night. Its in a city setting and Philadelphia is not such a Nice or safe or clean place. This hotel seemed to be in a Good and reasonably safe place. The hotel Valet parking very expensive per day, $60 but in and out privelages The lobby was not very lighted but seemed Very clean and the staff very nice room ready as Soon as i walked We got there very early. The check in very quick,good people there. ELEVATORS not so good and a little confusing,and Slow. Room was VERY nice clean and big. Great lighting. KING SIZED BED THAT SEEMED HUGE AND IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. Im a Shower guy, im a big guy, 6’ 255lbs so great huge bathroom great Shower with all soap dispensers for hair and body. This is trivial, but i didnt care for the scents of the Soaps. Three Good options for the water from the shower head and Great water pressure. We spent a couple hours at the lobby bar sitting at the bar drinking old fashions and bay breezes. BAR TENDERS COLIN AFTERNOON AND GABRIEL NIGHT SHIFT EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO HAVE THERE, THEY WERE VERY BUSY AS THEY HAD REGULAR HOTEL GUESTS AND 2 BIG WEDDINGS THERE THEY HANDLED THIS SEAMLESSLY. Very friendly. Remembered my name and addressed me by name all day. Great drinks and reasonably priced especially for what we were drinking. GREAT SPOT IF YOU ARE TRAVELING TO PHILLY"
