"What a beautiful gem so quaint.Quiet space,relaxing friendly welcome by staff. Conveniently placed near by for shopping and local Theatre trip Will return again to Candlesticks."

"Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly greeting from reception on arrival. Room was way better than I imagined with a view of the gardens.Nice large and comfy bed and decor was a high standard.Booked a superior room so got an entrance hall and dressing room. Grounds were stunning and enjoyed a walk before a nice evening meal. The hotel bar was in the great hall which was an amazing location. The only let down was the WiFi and phone reception.Probably due to the location and age of building. Would recommend to anyone wanting a luxury break away in the country."
