"We loved how spacious our room was. The property was very clean. Parking was a little crazy though and difficult to find the garage. It gets very busy here on the weekends. The pull out bed in our suite was broken. We had called for our room to be cleaned on Sunday but were told that they were only doing trash and towel delivery because they were too busy. I thought this was kinda wild considering I had just paid $200 in resort fees on top of the bill for our stay. The restaurants on property are decent but I wish they had a food court instead of just dine in places. We ate at the buffet one night. It’s not very upscale so if you’re looking for better food options go to the Atlantis. The buffet at the Atlantis was by far way more superior but also more pricey."

"I had a spectacular experience!! Customer Service was exceptional to have effective conversations with both on a business and personal level. When I arrived I couldn’t hear due to traveling Rt80 West at the altitude. The representative assisting me was patient. He upgraded my room at no cost. I was grateful for the upgrade as I wasn’t expecting anything. I was extremely impressed with the room itself and bathroom. It had a vent which most hotel bathrooms do not and no interior damage. Very clean!! I was amazed on how close restaurants, and shops were. All in walking distance. The convention center not far at all as I walked to and from daily. A taco restaurant behind the hotel and delicious food. The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet. I didn’t take part in as I’m fasting but it was a hot and cold breakfast bar. Something for everyone. Computers to use inside the hotel. The inside pool, jacuzzi were a nice layout for comfort and the tanning area outside was nice to relax. They have a small gym, shower to rise off and sauna I never took part in. Excellent Choice of a hotel!! 5-Star!! I rebooked already for 2027."
