While this hotel had a few pros like the room size, free parking, and monorail access, it definitely had plenty cons. To start the line to check-in took well over a hour on a Monday afternoon. There were only 3-4 people working and just when you thought they were sending help it’d really just be people swapping with one another. This hotel also had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The bed was equivalent to an air mattress and the pillows were no better felling like sleeping on a rock. The television constantly kept messing up the cast feature and we kept having to disconnect and reconnect multiple times to the tv and wifi multiple times a day. Overall it’s very unlikely I’d ever stay at this hotel again. While the room was located on a top floor with a wonderful view, it was adjacent to the bank of elevators. Behind the headboard on the other side of the wall was a service elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night, making it sound like planes were landing. The next morning, I approached the front desk to request a room change, as I still wanted a premium room but without the constant sound of moving elevators. However, my husband and I were assigned to a room with far less square footage than our previous one, and it wasn't a premium room, despite what the woman at the front desk had said. We were disappointed, and unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to my bill. Aside from this, we liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was good."
