"The room had bed bugs. It was reported however the supervisor was rude and made me feel like i was inconveniencing her with this problem. Another issue, Cleaning services were requested on Wednesday, no one cleaned the room or replaced any towels. Many bartenders were rude and obnoxious about the rules of complimentary drinks. Rules are fine, however the way some of them approach informing you is demeaning. I am still awaiting a response from Risk Management for the bed bug infestation. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Paris. Our room had a great view of the pool and the tower. Very spacious and comfortable! The water pressure was fantastic! Just overall a fantastic stay!"
