"housekeeping was great. overall hotel is well kept and clean. mon ami gabi is so good we went there 4 out of 5 days for breakfast, friendly staff. good casino will be back"

"Nice place to stay however I had a hard time with the smell. It isn't a bad smell just something that bothered my throat walking through the casino. The room did not affect me though."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like is the parking rate $45 dollars a night for your guest is outrageous. I understand it's near the airport and there trying to prevent long term parking but maybe they should validate the guest. I can see charging like $15 - $20 dollars a night. At $45 dollars a night it's cheaper for me to park at a long-term parking structure and rideshare to the hotel."

"Hotel is a bit dated, I don’t think k anyone checked our room before it was assigned to us. One of the drawers wouldn’t close, there was an old chipped chair and even on one of the walls was a little hole. The casino had a loud cigarette smell (I was at other casinos and the smell was not so strong). I asked for assistance who to report the issue with the drawer, I had to go to 3 different employees just to make that report. Not enough employees available to check in. There was 3 out of 8 available spots. Wasn’t so satisfied with the breakfast."

"Room 27055 is very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet. The shower smelled of sewer. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. Food left in the fridge from prior guest. Nice view with refrigerator and keurig. Very spacious with table and small chair."
