"Very welcoming staff.Lovely bright clean room. Gorgeous views from balcony (4th floor) Spa balcony lovely to sit out early evening. Well situated to wander along beach front. "The room, location and price could not have been better. We had a mountain facing room with a large patio which was an exceptional treat. I would highly recommend this property and stay here again in a heartbeat. The gym equipment was Scandinavian and not up to American standards, but still nice to have access to equipment."

"The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!"
