It is situated in a quiet area in Chafford Hundred, close to Grays town centre, Lakeside and Orset, with good transport links into London (40 mins train ride) and easy access to major motorway and A13m / M25 motorway. Lakeside shopping complex is 8 mins drive, Grays town centre / train station is 6 mins drive, Chafford Hundred is 8 mins drive. Shops, restaurants, local offline shops, malls are a few mins away. This end of terrace house is within good driving distance from local schools, shops, superstores (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, many more), restaurants, bars, petrol stations, fast food chains (McDonald's, Pizza Hut and many more). We had 3 cars, parking was free. Great value for money, not too expensive as there were 8 of us that stayed at the house. Good enough size garden, nice interior decor.
