"Staff polite, breakfast was nice with lots of options, bacon, eggs, toasts, potatoes, sausages, toast, etc. Rooms are clean. The leisure areas are clean and very nice but it is not free. Cost is $5 per room per day. We had a problem with the no heat in the room, so two heaters were brought to our room immediately. Service was quick. Location was good, we took the local bus to go to the main city, which was easy enough as the stop was in front of the hotel and took about 20 mins. Good restaurant on site with lots of options. Will stay again. Thank you"

"The room was spotless and spacious. Staff were particularly helpful - my daughter got stuck in the lift and Dawn at reception was calm and helped get her out whilst making sure she was fine. All round a fantastic stay."
