Excellent Resort, especially all the excellence club amenities

I had a really beautiful stay here overall. The property itself is stunning the pool area especially is exactly what you picture when you think of a relaxing, all-inclusive escape. It’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. The staff were kind and welcoming, and you can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly. There were moments where things felt a little slow or unorganized, but nothing that completely took away from the experience more just something to be aware of if you’re used to super polished service. The spa and amenities definitely helped me unwind, and I appreciated having space to relax without feeling rushed. It’s a great place if you want to slow down, enjoy the atmosphere, and just be for a few days. I’d recommend it for the overall vibe and beauty, just with the mindset of going with the flow rather than expecting everything to be perfectly seamless.

Lots of restaurants, the food was plentiful. Some was spicy hot

We have been to Jamaica before and stayed at the Grand Palladium. We tried the other side of the island this time. Amenities were good. They had one ping pong table, a sports bar with 2 pool tables, a children's area with slides for the younger kids, daily pool aerobics/games/music. Overall good. I found it to not be very clean though. We also had to call down to the front desk EVERY evening for more towels and washcloths b/c they were only leaving 2 and we were a family of 4. It was annoying. Plus, there were 2 restaurants on property that only took RSVP. It opened up every day at 8am and you had to quickly log on to find a rsvp. It was annoying b/c the "premier" guests were able to make a rsvp whenever so the spots were all gone. The other restaurants were first come. Food was good. Overall we had fun but i wouldnt stay there again. Id go back to the Grand Palladium.
