Hotel staff was amazing.
However, this is more of a long term, live in, motel. Photos on Expedia are very deceiving.
Permanent residents can be confrontational and make you uncomfortable.
Make sure you have a full inventory of any pool supplies/toys, or you will be accused of stealing from the long term residents.
If the listing was actually accurate we definitely would NOT have booked here.
Upon arrival, we got there an hour after check-in and we’re told the room had to be checked, which was fine but then we got to the room and noticed it wasn’t the cleanest. Some of the lights did not function and the building has a very different not good smell to it for the price and needing somewhere last minute. It was OK but if you’re going on a family or fun trip I probably wouldn’t recommend the staff however was very nice and the pool was large

The hallway was very stinky but the room itself was very nice. They have a very nice indoor pool that was very clean. This property is attached to an extended stay so it felt very sketchy but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly.
Newly renovated rooms. The staff is friendly and it’s such a great place to stay. Very convenient location right off the express way, located between a few different fast food places and gas stations. Pet friendly and they do not charge a pet fee.
Cons - No curtains on the windows - No hairdryer - uncomfortable mattress
Pros - plenty of towels - cheap rate - indoor pool

The room on third floor was newly renovated and spacious and clean..with a nice size TV. Elevator entry door needs painting/cleaning and carpet replaced on elevator floor.
James at the front desk was vey nice and as accomodating as he could be with the questions I asked. Common areas need some updating, but for the price and location this motel served our purpose. Bring your own hair dryer as there is not one in the room. Plenty of places nearby for food, coffee, gas and grocery on Plainfield Ave.
Even though it was near the E way, didn't hear the traffic much. Was quiet until later in the evening. Could hear the water running pretty loud from people taking showers. Worried about safety of our car because when we checked in there was a car in parking lot w covered broken window with tow sticker on it.Room was very clean,no smells.
Good Hotel. Room Clean. Only problem was they put us on far end of hotel to be on ground floor. But had small stairs to go up. This end of hotel needed cleaning up, especially at entrance. Hallway had terrible ordor. But once in room, it was very clean.
I chose this option because I was looking for a pet friendly option. My expectations were not high. However upon entering the building it smelled like dog urine. Carpets were disgusting. The property looks like it is inhabited by long term dwellers. In my room it was noisy from people just walking on the floor above. In my opinion the best that could happen is burning the place to the ground without occupants of course. If you want your day to go from good to depressed this would be the right hotel for you.
Clean room. Some mold in bathroom. No laundry facility. Some stains on white sheets/towels. Great for the price and excellent /helpful staff. People were friendly.
Date: 9.12.26 The door to my room would not unlock, after the second time of resetting the electronic key, the desk clerk came to my room and could not get his master key to unlock it. He popped a cover and tried unlocking it with a real key, which took several minutes but finally unlocked, telling me I would have no key to access the room myself and would need to have a desk clerk unlock it for me. I went into the room and looked around. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and one above the door. I put my things back in my car and requested a refund. Others were at the front desk requesting refunds and asked if I also found roaches in my room. I still have not seen a refund returned to my card from Expedia. :(
I booked this stay for my daughter so she wouldn’t have to drive home an hour and a half after a concert. The staff was horribly rude and warned them that if they caused trouble the cops would be called on them. My daughter thought the staff was joking as this was said the second they started checking in. She ended up not even staying the night because of this interaction. As well as the bugs she found in the room. So because of staff stereotyping a guest they had literally just met I am out the cost of the room. I had actually called staff before she checked in to ask a question and got rudeness as well so I encountered it first hand as well.
