"The Pink Beach House was perfect for our family of 4, and there was plenty of extra space. Everyone had a spot they could go to to read, chill, snorkel, cool off in the pool - pretty much had everything plus privacy. We were first timers to GC and weren’t sure if we should stay in Rum Point or 7MB, and finding this house was the deciding factor. We rented a car to get around the island, which we saw a lot of. If we had just stayed at 7MB resort, I know we wouldn’t have done as much as we did. Being so close to Rum Point Club and Kaibo made it easy to coordinate excursions from those marinas. The place was absolutely spotless and the snorkel gear was a great added value. Having access to a washer and dryer was great, too. Lots of beach towels and a spacious kitchen was amazing. This property is well kept and the host was very responsive to our questions. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and I suggest hitting up Fosters before coming out to the Northside. There is a smaller store nearby in case you don’t have room in your rental with your luggage, but if you plan on cooking a lot, go by fosters on the way out there for more variety. We didn’t cook a whole lot - just reheated food from restaurants, and had snacks and drinks on hand. My favorite thing to do here was come out before my family woke up and read my book with coffee right on the beach… no one around. If peace is what you want, this is it!"

"We celebrated our 40th Anniversary with our adult children and their families, ages 2-65. The house was wonderful for our group. The pool was large and clean with a beautiful view. The gazebo at the end of the dock was a favorite spot to start and end the day. It was a nice surprise all the amenities provided, ie: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent plus laundry detergent and softener. Also a good amount of beach towels, pool toys and snorkel equipment.The double washer and dryer got a lot of use. The kitchen was big and well equipped. Would have liked more plastic dishes and glasses for the children. The bedrooms were nice sized and beds comfortable. The bunk room and the queen bedroom do not have closets. We shopped at Hunters near the airport for our initial main groceries. After that the smaller grocery store a few doors down had all we needed. Firewood is not available on the Island. We enjoyed Run point, Starfish cove, Kaibo beach restaurant with a beach spot for the children to play. One day we went back towards Georgetown for activities. Staying at the house, enjoying the pool, the gazebo and the sea breezes was perfect. We all agree it was the perfect family vacation and would highly recommend this home and the Host."

"Beautiful location, very quiet area, perfect sunset views. Bring water shoes if you want to get in the ocean. Minor maintenance issue came up, the property manager Clohe addressed the concern quickly and was very hospitable and helpful the entire stay."

"We were happy to return to the Harvey Nicole after 14 years! The condo has been refreshed so it felt like a new place. It was as perfect for us as a couple as it was when we brought our kids last time! We love staying on the North Side! There are plenty of places to eat, shop for groceries, and relax! "Azure Breeze is a great place to stay on Grand Cayman. Here you are away from the crowds and in your own tropical paradise. The home is right on the beach. Snorkeling here is great. Outdoor shower makes for easy clean-up after snorkel or swim. The house is well appointed with bikes, coolers, beach bags, towels, etc. On our recent stay, we were lucky to have sunset views from the beach each night. "

"Check-in and Check-out were very simple and hardly required any effort. We had two adult couples and 8 teenagers in the main house and West Cottage. We didn't rent the East Cottage. The house was a perfect fit for us. Modern, updated, clean and plenty of room for the twelve of us. Very fully stocked, with every dish and kitchen utensil we needed to cook our own meals and plenty of storage containers for leftovers, plus the two fridges and two coffee pots were fully utilized. Beach towels, snorkel gear and four kayaks all were used. The pool was used every day, the gazebo at the end of the dock was the evening hangout for the teens while the adults claimed the beach front lounge chairs. Plenty of parking out front for more than three cars. The location is private, quiet and convenient. Brad, the property owner, earns the best rank for host when it comes to customer service, friendliness and response. We rented the property six months before the trip. A few times before the trip and a couple times while in the house, we messaged Brad and he ALWAYS responded within minutes. He made us feel very welcome and was helpful with every request. Thanks Brad for the amazing property and fro being a great host."

"Wonderful North Side 'home away from home'; best of everything to suit our 9 night stay here! Great base to come & go each day(or just stay & relax at the villa & surrounding paradise!) Clean, quiet, beautiful, & comfortable; well-equipped with many essentials, but also extras! Steps from the beach/ocean, fishing right from shore, walking the endless beach with hardly/rarely another person in sight, quietly sitting under the pergola drinking coffee or just listening to the peaceful & tranquil ocean. The pool was a fantastic bonus for our in-between times, & had it to ourselves the multiple times we utilized it. The villa was extremely comfortable, roomy, & well-maintained. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids; ages 17 & 10 year old twins).The hosts were absolutely amazing about responding to any & all of our questions, and gave fantastic recommendations! Jesse & Amie really went above & beyond to promptly ensure we had everything we needed during our stay, including their property manager being made available throughout our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better location, home, or host, for our truly amazing visit to Grand Cayman Island. We hope to return again, and it was hard to leave this paradise. We visited nearly all parts of the Island(having a car rented was essential & made it easy to really experience the whole Island on the schedule that fit us best...freedom exploring the island & relaxing on the beautiful North Siderestay."
