The backyard set up was hands down the best part of the property! Absolutely stunning setting and loved the privacy. Sadly 3/4 days of our trip were rainy or fully overcast and we weren’t able to enjoy our time outdoors to the fullest but that was just our bad luck. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space. I do wish that the beds were more comfortable and there is a decent amount of road noise but we just used a sound machine to help drown it out. There is no handrail for the stairs going to the second floor which could be an issue for certain guests. The check in and out process was super easy. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again! Seabreeze Villas 10/10 Excellent "The condo has a great location in proximity to the beach. The beach is actually a reef type location but has enough sand entering the ocean if a swim or snorkeling activity is your choice. It does not have a white sand beach such as the Seven Mile Beach located on the island, but the island is set up so you can make a trip to the Seven Mile Beach is so desired. The condo has all the necessary utensils and pots, pans and cooking accessories needed for cooking and dining in. There is a brand new AC unit that was installed so this unit stayed cool and dry so there was no musty smell at all like you get sometimes when traveling to any island. The only hiccup we had was the new AC unit froze over and dripped slightly upstairs. We alerted Livia, the host, and within 1 hour there were techs there and they repaired the problem. Livia is a great host, with great communication skills and for our troubles, offered us a 100.00 dinner coupon for a local restaurant. The furniture is what you typically would expect from a VRBO unit, not top of the line, but also not IKEA. Definitely pickup your internet from your US or other provider before going the the Caymans, as the internet service was a bit spotty across the Island. The condo provides coolers, chairs, some children's snorkeling gear and a few other pool/beach accessories. All the units are individually owned but collectively they provide plenty of pool and beach chairs for lounging about. So no rush to save chairs." The view alone was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations — waking up to the ocean every day was incredible. Karen and Errol were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We did have a couple of minor issues early on, but the true measure of a great host is how quickly they address things, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. Their responsiveness made us feel very well looked after. The villa itself was fantastic, with great amenities and lots of thoughtful small touches that made the stay comfortable and easy. Everything felt well considered and welcoming. One thing many reviews mention is needing a car, and I would absolutely agree with that — having a car makes the stay much easier. That said, we were actually really happy to be a bit further away from the busier parts of the island. Also, some reviews say there’s nothing nearby, but we found that wasn’t the case at all. Not in a busy area of the island, which means you have the whole beach to about 10 people or so, at timesA gorgeous view, with the reef right off shore. Great for snorkeling enthusiasts! We love the bbq grill as an option for cooking. We love the private patio that provides shade- some places do not have an overhang but this is a great reprieve from the strong sun. You can walk 1 Mile west on the beach and .75 mile east , until it turns rock ledge. You can grab food on the beach at grapeTree cafe. Great conch fritters!The air conditioning worked great and if we left for the day we actually turned it off and then back on upon arrival and the room never got too hot. We love the washer and drier for washing the towels and beach clothes."
