I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. It’s a quiet area within this neighbourhood. The staff are helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to catch the local bus which cost $2 per trip to go into town and to the beaches. The drivers are very helpful. I highly recommend taking the bus. It’s a really nice ride into town. There is a really nice trail that takes you by the cemetery and the local neighbourhood. I love walking here in the morning. This is a shorter walk to the bus stop too. There is no elevator for when you are checking in so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. I did bring my complaints forward and got a positive response. (New Room) The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Overall- the place did its job for sleep and shower. Room is \[#104\] situated next to the bar seating. Sound was 90% muffled after hours, but not quite. Office hours are limited, so you may arrive outside open hours. Restaurant is fabulous, but not connected with the hotel. The pier allowed access to the unique marine life in that area for snorkeling. The resort gave us the feeling of an Airbnb so no interruptions by staff. When we needed something like extra towels, it was handled immediately.
