There was even a corner grocery store nearby, which was a great added convenience.Mel is an amazing host—very helpful and responsive, always replying to messages in a timely manner. Very clean, fresh & has an updated decor. Very comfortable beds all with en-suite bathrooms. Well equipped with all necessary amenities for the house as well as everything you need for beach visits. Emma Jane was quick to respond to questions or concerns and was very pleasant and helpful. It was a beautiful place to watch sunsets, however the rocky “beach” was not very beautiful. You definitely need a car. Spotts beach which is beautiful, is just a mile away by car but the Seven Mile beaches and a better choice of restaurants are a twenty minute ride away traffic permitting. It’s not a remote location just awkward place from which to explore the beautiful island. Again, the house was wonderful & is accurately described. It was on us, choosing that location.
