With magnificent views of the sparkling Caribbean and nearby reef, The Pink Beach House is a totally private and peaceful retreat. Enjoy this stunning property, professionally landscaped with an abundance of flowering Bougainvillea, Agouti, Oleander, a variety of palms, and a gorgeous grass lawn. The pool has a large, inviting deck directly on the Caribbean and is completely surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation and palm trees. If you don't mind being far from the main activities (except Rum Point), this is an ideal location. Three bedrooms all with their own bathroom was the perfect layout for our family of 4\. Fantastic views to wake up to. A pool on the deck steps from the ocean. Could not ask for more. Just be aware that it will take some driving to get to tourist hotspots and shops. We stayed during Hurricane Rafael so Lance came and closed the hurricane shutters and cut up a coconut for us and cleaned up the beach after the storm. The property really had everything we needed. Two local cats came to say hello every day on the porch, and were quite friendly. Very quick drive to Rum Point and Kaibo. Did find some trash (plastic mostly) on a public beach access point nearby that would float our way, and there is alot of seaweed growing in the water (bring swim shoes). The home is well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic outdoor space. Mosquitoes made it impossible to be outside after sunset so plan your days and evenings accordingly! Enjoyed a couple of lazy days at the home in the pool and by the ocean, and a few days making the 45 min drive over to the 7 mi beach area. Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. We would have loved it had the wind cooperated for us to use the kayak that was also at the ready in the back yard. The home was spotless and ready upon check-in and the reservation manager for this home is quickly responsive and helpful as needed. ##### Kirk W. It was clean, the pool was amazing, the location was good. Nice quiet area. The only negative that we had was all of the sea grass at the beach area. It made it almost impossible to enjoy the beach. We had an incredible week! House, pool, beach and ocean are exactly as pictured - beautiful. The house is well supplied with everything we needed: snorkeling gear, pool floats, beach towels, plenty of dinnerware and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the non-touristy Northside area and it was easy to explore the whole island from there. The surf is natural with short seagrass with bare sand areas interspersed. We took the kayaks out to the reef area for snorkeling and were amazed with all the wildlife there. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! ##### Brenda L. This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary with our family!! The home has everything you need from multiple sets of snorkeling gear, water shoes, washers/dryers, to a fully stocked kitchen and more!! We enjoyed the beach with the provided beach chairs and kayaks. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Karen(the host) was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. We had a minor issue while we were there but Karen and Lands took care of it immediately. We loved our vacation at the Pink Beach house. Would definitely recommend staying here again!!! ##### Sandra S. The house was very clean, A/C was cold, and the kitchen had most everything you could need. The pool was great as well. We did a lot of snorkeling with the equipment that comes with the house. The kayaks were great as well but be mindful one of them has a leak somewhere and takes on water slowly over time. There is a drain plug at the front so it wasn’t a big deal. Karen the property manager was great and provided a lot of helpful suggestions. The grocery store down the street had most everything we needed but would still recommend visiting one of the larger grocery stores around Georgetown before driving up to the North side. ##### Ryan H.
