"My wife and I stayed at Kai Baby for 9 nights. Excellent property. Inside, everything you need for the week is here. Space for two is more than enough. Outside, the property is fantastic. So many areas to sit and relax . In the pool, on the chairs, under the gazebo, hammock and the two chairs on the dock. We used the bikes, paddle board and the Kayaks, You have to take them across the road and paddle at night to see the bio bay and the bright blue water that illuminates when you paddle. It’s right there….do it! I wondered about privacy with two homes next to us. Surprisingly, no one was at either residence throughout our stay! One annoying aspect were a 7-10 ducks that would pay us a visit or two every day to drink out of the pool. (And leave their droppings around the pool deck). Chasing them away everyday, they got the message and didn’t come here the last few days. This isn’t controllable by our hosts. I sense the guests previous to us were feeding them and/or encouraging their stay. My message…..don’t encourage them! Tamara and Lee were excellent and very responsive to any communication from us. You’re in good hands a Kai Baby! "

"The view of the ocean was spectacular and was featured from almost every room of this beautiful home. The main living area was quite large, with multiple gathering areas. It was perfect for our family as we could all easily gather without feeling crowded. The home was very clean and well equipped with just about anything we might need. The host was helpful and responsive at all times. This was an exceptional experience that we can easily recommend."

"Highly recommend this place. Well-equipped (we cooked all our meals here without issues) with direct access to a beautiful calm beach. We went during peak season and it was still very quiet. Beach had loungers and palms for shade, so basically everything we needed for 4 days of relaxation. I had a few questions for the host while we were there and she was very quick to respond. A great experience overall."

"We just spent a week in the villa. The manager was extremely helpful and courteous. We could not ask for a better location. The beach is literally across the street, and all towels, chairs, and beach entertainment were provided. The villa is in a very good condition, and the outdoor area is excellent. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hammock and kayak. Not having to worry about a parking space was definitely a plus."
