Great location, but the room experience was disappointing. The location was probably the best part of my stay. It’s very convenient for exploring Montreal, and the lobby was also nice and gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The shower setup was terrible and very uncomfortable to use — probably the worst hotel shower I’ve experienced. The room also didn’t feel particularly clean, some of the furniture felt cheap and unstable (especially the table), and I wasn’t a fan of the bedding, which also felt quite cheap. When I checked in, there were no towels in my room. Reception handled it fairly quickly when I contacted them, but there wasn’t really an apology or much concern about it, which made the customer service feel a bit lacking. The elevators were another annoyance, as the wait times were consistently long throughout my stay. Overall, the excellent location is the biggest positive, but the room quality, cleanliness, shower, elevators, and service could definitely be improved.

Valet took 30+ mins to bring up my car. There was also an instance when I had to wait 10-15 minutes in my car before I could even leave it at the valet parking area to be taken away because there were no spots in their designated area. Also, the floors in the room were dirty and the sink leaked. Staff at the front desk were friendly and professional.
