The Space:
Our cosy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (592 sq ft) is thoughtfully set up for families, solo travellers and your furry friends. It’s warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into.

Sleeping arrangements and comfort include:

• Queen air mattress and pack ’n play for families
• Comfortable sofa for relaxing and unwinding

• Minutes from Granby Ranch (heated outdoor pool, fitness centre, $15 per person per day, paid on-site)
• 20–25 minutes to Winter Park
• About 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake
• Close to supermarkets (right across the street), dining, and coffee shops
• Ski, hike, lake days, or golf.

Good to Know:
• Amenity fee paid on-site at Granby Ranch Hall if you want to access the heated pool and fitness centre
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Hot tubs at the condo complex close during quiet hours
• Located on the third floor with stair access only (no lift)
• No central A/C, but fans and a portable A/C unit are provided
