Loved staying here as it felt like home.The abundance of games provided great entertainment for the family, and the well-stocked kitchen with spices and condiments was a pleasant surprise. The place was beautiful and clean, and I would gladly stay here again without hesitation!

This condo was perfect for our family! We loved that there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us in the living room, well stocked kitchen, great back entry way with lots of hooks and space for our shoes, lots of games and comfortable beds! It was one of the most clean VRBOs that we have stayed at and was a great location for our trip. Sam was a great host. We would stay here again if we were in the area!
The place is in a great location for restaurants, grocery store, bars, shopping, tubing, etc. Sam was really quick to respond to anything question we had. The place is just awesome. There is plenty a room for a family of 6. I will definitely be back. If you are going skiing, hiking, or just wanting to hang out this is the place to stay.

We took a family vacation to this condo and it was our best rental stay to date! The right amount of space for our family! Property was very clean and beautiful location! It is so close to the local grocery store, there was a local coffee shop n walking distance and downtown winter park was about 2 miles away. We enjoyed the private hot tub in the mornings and evenings. Sam was great with communications and any questions we had. We are excited to return to this property in the future!!
The condo was absolutely perfect! So spacious, new and convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub. My 3-year-old was having a blast with the bunk beds :)
The communication from the owner was perfect - very timely and clear. We had no issues locating the building and following the instructions to unlock the door.
The building has an elevator, which was perfect for carrying our stuff up.
Will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family and we will definitely be back!
Very clean good location Only negative is that most items in the pantry are outdated. One individual got sick after eating some soup which we later discovered was one year past expiration date

This rental is fantastic! The host was very communicative and helpful. The location was immaculate and well stocked. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out - each room even had its own thermostat. It is super convenient and close to lots of great amenities. Cannot recommend enough!
We came in the summer for an escape from the heat! The condo is new and has all the amenities you need. Great location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful.
