All services were wonderful. I plan to visit the hotel again when I travel Gramado again. The breakfast menu was well prepared and healthy and I left a notebook, but they kept it well and sent it back to my home later. I really recommend this hotel. Especially, the location is wonderful. It is nestled just at staring point of wonderful Gramado center.

Awesome place! Enjoy the check-in & room FIRST!!!!

When coming to this hotel, reserve your time for the check in process. Not because it takes time, but it's a process designed to welcome the guest with good stuff. You will be offered a glass of Burt while completing the check-in process, your car and luggage will be well taken cared to the garage and your room. Then, please go to your room to take and enjoy the first configuration. As a Hotels.com VIP, I got a champagne for my stay. But I rushed to the streets for the beautiful sunny afternoon and when I came back, I found the champagne is in the ice bucket which the ice has melted and the maple leaves have dried out. It would be such a picture if I could have seen it first sight. At night, they would update the weather of tomorrow for you in the room and put a bottle of water, reminding you to keep hydration during the night. It's an extraordinary hotel. I will book again!!!

Hotel moderno, aconchegante e muito bem localizado, no centro de Gramado. Quarto confortável, ambiente acolhedor, um pouco pequeno (o que eu escolhi). Café da manhã magnífico, com muitas opções. Gostaria só de sugerir umas opções de caldos e sopas no cardápio do restaurante, pelo menos nesse época de muito frio.

O hotel é aconchegante, a equipe de atendimento muito prestativa e o café da manhã é comparável ao dos melhores hotéis do pais. Acreditamos somente que a manutenção precisa ter um olhar mais crítico. Nos rodapés, tanto do quarto quanto do elevador, há vários pontos machucados. A pintura em alguns pontos mais judiadas, mas no mais, só elogios.

O hotel possui uma temática diferente dos habituais, o que é interessante. A localização é muito boa, próximo a uma das ruas mais movimentadas de Gramado. Tivemos uma experiência horrível. Na manhã do checkout, recebi o extrato da conta para realizar o checkout, com os valores de estacionamento e consumo frigobar. Quando cheguei na recepção, fui informado que o café da manhã não estava incluso, e quando me informaram o valor, um valor absurdamente abusivo. No momento do checkin e nem posteriormente fomos avisados que o café da manhã não estava incluso. Já enviamos um email com essa reclamação, inclusive pedimos a nota fiscal do café da manhã e não foi enviado até agora.
