"There were some great aspects about the hotel - the location was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. There were a few things, though, that I thought fell short for a 5-star hotel. First, the furniture was chintzy. I also didn’t expect to hear dogs barking and a metal concert (yes, apparently there’s a music venue there). It was a good hotel but the overall attention to detail of a great hotel was lacking (eg staff wearing dirty running shoes with their uniforms, concierge desk that was severely scratched, and elevator signs peeling away from the wall). For the price of this hotel, I expected more of the good things and less of the not-so-good."

"Perfect and beautiful location for our first trip to the city. Clean and quality room amenities. Helpful staff as needed. Very quiet. Parking available for a daily fee but limited but very tiny entry lane. Can park out front to unload. Very safe area with stunning views and architecture at your doorstep. Definitely will stay again."

"One of the best hotels in the world I have ever stayed in. The quality of the staff, the standard of room, the excellent food and service in the restaurant, amazing kwerky artwork, and such attention to detail. The lobby is like being in a modern art gallery. Sadly we were informed of a bereavement during our stay. The hotel left us a lovely sympathy note and a little treat. In the first instance the duck sold it to us."

"Dislikes -Over priced -Small rooms - No early check ins allowed... not even just 45 mins before allowed check in. They kept us to wait till 04:00 check in time. usually people travel/ drive from far areas... they keep roam of an hour or so specially if travelling with kids..... -Parking issues. Valet parking took 45 minutes to bring vehicle during non rush hour. - No phone in the room to call room service. You have to go all the way from section D (where all the standard rooms ) to the front desk to request any thing. - Location is OK/ fine not the greatest. - They did not provide receipt at the time of check out. They said they will email you but never received. They over charged the my credit card. you have to chase them for the refund. They are not responsive if you message them Wont stay again and neither recommend this hotel....."
