"Outdoor pool was wonderful (although smaller than it appears in photos). Our main setback was the valet lost our keys, thought someone had gone to get our car, then after 45 minutes realized they’d put the keys under the wrong room. We waited an hour for our car upon checkout. This was very stressful. They did compensate one night of parking but it resulted in a difficult driving day with a small child after standing in the lobby for an hour before we even got going."

"The electronic key system was problematic, and aggravating. The entrance to building was unreliable, we had 4 parties waiting to get in, and finally it worked. We called several numbers and finally got through. Electronic key to my room, #7, didn't work. Finally I called and I got the mechanical key. They never changed the batteries in the lock."

"Breakfast for $15.00 is too much for a similar free breakfast at any other hotel. Nothing special. The property is old but so is Quebec City but it’s very well maintained. Staff is excellent! I would go back plus they offer parking for $25.00 a night which is excellent. Because parking next to Château Frontn"
