"Absolutely AMAZING hotel! From the moment we walked in the doors it felt like our home away from home. Super clean, very friendly staff members, and great amenities! Room was spacious with a gorgeous Mountain View, and the breakfast was delicious every morning, and was included in the price. Lots of options to choose from so everyone was happy. The pools are amazing as well as lazy river and hot tub! We also loved winding down at night around the cozy fire pit. We were super sad to leave and will 100% be back in the near future!"

"Family loved the indoor and outdoor water parks! Room was good. Only issue was the TVs. Every time a channel was changed it messed up and wouldn’t play correctly for several minutes. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a huge deal. Staff was very nice, especially housekeeping. A man checked on us each day and took our trash. Overall great experience!"

"We generally enjoyed our stay with the highlight being the central location in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and the parking was convenient. The property feels old, kind of stinks and our room was very dated but it was clean. My daughter loved the pool area as well. In general it was a nice stay but I do wish it felt more updated and that the beds weren't so rickity."

"Check in was ok. There was a question on when I booked. I told her weeks in advance and was given a key card not a packet that they had fixed for everyone else with their name attached. Still not sure about that. The hallway had an odd smell but the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Convenient location close to many attractions. Safe location. Pool was great."
