"No wash clothes in bathroom. Only two bathtowels for 3 people. Called for wash clothes. Over a hour and then had to walk from building 1 to office to get our towels and wash cloths myself. Had told 2 of my guest what a great place to stay. Plus we were almost an hour late of getting to our room finally. ..."

"Staff was very rude. Not able to explain hotel policy and asking us just to do things. Breakfast was really bad. They were packing up at 9.30am. Supposed to be till 10am. Parking was really bad. They had hundreds of people for Mary Kay who took up all the spots."
