"Clean and quiet"

"The place was very accommodating and the host Justin was great. Very spacious for and just a cpl of mins drive to everywhere. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. The only downside was the place was a little dusty inside above the lights and in most corners. We found pieces of food under tables and furniture and the furniture could use a good cleaning. My wife complained about the terrace the corridors and elevator being pretty dirty and full of spider webs, in need of a power wash in her opinion. She is the operations manager for a cleaning service company that handles all of north west Ohio so she is awfully picky consequently. The heating element in the dryer may be going out as it takes several cycles to dry even a small load. Aside from the picky things my wife has a tendency to look for the place was great and we loved it and we are looking forward to returning before it gets cold."

"Everything was wonderful! Location was perfect in that you were close enough to everything but out of all the traitor the most part. Property was clean, safe and modern. Brandon at the front desk helped us with our room accommodations and was super helpful. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well."

"Accommodations were second to none. I've been visiting the Gatlinburg area for over 20 years but have never had an experience such as I just had. The condo was so relaxing and peaceful. It offered everything and more than I could have asked for. The cleanliness of the condo was great. The full kitchen had all the necessary utensils and supplies needed. The location is amazing. It's close to the Island and so many other major attractions. Governors Crossing is now my choice of place to stay when visiting the Gatlinburg area."

Riverfront Spacious Luxury Condo in Perfect Location near Tanger Outlets

"The condo was just right for our blended family. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of room to be together. Check-in was a breeze and the pictures matched what we found. Some of the pictures are before remodel and should probably be removed since it is much prettier. We loved the back porch overlooking the rushing stream and even had a duck visitor one evening.The beds were comfortable and the master shower is wonderful. Everything was so clean and everything we needed was provided.The condo is located right off the Parkway and on a back road that makes visiting Dollywood without getting in the Parkway traffic jam. Great location for many restaurants for any taste and just down the street from a movie theater (which we didn't have time to visit).The condo is handicapped accessible. But just for those with mobility issues, the beds are very high due to thick mattresses and toppers and the chairs are thick, so if getting out of these is a problem for you, the condo may not work.Great owners to deal with and we would return if in the area."
